We are a growing property management company looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team long term. This is an in office position.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
Coordinating with vendors and contractors
Preventive maintenance planning
Responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner
Ensuring properties are well maintained and compliant

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance or maintenance management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
