Real Estate/Property Management Handyperson- Oahu

Handyperson / Property Maintenance Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)

At Home Hawaii, a residential real estate sales and property management company, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Handyperson to join our team and provide maintenance services for our clients' properties throughout Oahu.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, including:

Basic carpentry

Drywall and exterior repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Irrigation systems
Window and screen repairs
Door and hardware repairs
Cabinetry repairs
General property maintenance and troubleshooting

Some landscape and yard maintenance will also be required using company-provided equipment. We're looking for a well-rounded "fix-it" professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and pays close attention to detail.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to climb ladders when necessary
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must currently reside on Oahu and be available for an in-person interview

Compensation & Benefits:

Part-time or full-time position available
Starting pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

After a 90-day probationary period, qualified employees may be offered a full-time position with benefits, which may include:
