Subcooling Heating & Air is a locally owned, growing HVAC company in Temecula. We also operate Shine Equine, a natural grooming product line developed for equine and canine care. We’re seeking an organized, personable, and marketing-minded professional to serve as the welcoming voice of our HVAC office while helping grow the Shine Equine brand.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a varied workday, communicates confidently with customers, takes ownership of details, and can balance office support, order fulfillment, and marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Subcooling Heating & Air customers by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support daily front-office operations.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives for both Subcooling Heating & Air and Shine Equine, including social media, promotional campaigns, content coordination, and brand visibility.
  • Process Shine Equine orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment.
  • Package and ship equine and canine grooming products promptly, ensuring orders are correct, presentable, and ready for delivery.
  • Maintain basic inventory and shipping-supply records; communicate when replenishment is needed.
- Provide reliable administrative support across both businesses as priorities change.

Qualifications

  • Professional phone presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Marketing experience is preferred, particularly with social media, digital promotions, content creation, or small-business marketing.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, positive, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior office, customer-service, HVAC, shipping/fulfillment, equine, or canine-product experience is helpful but not required.
We provide training and are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity with meaningful responsibility and room to grow.
