RECONSTRUCTION EXPERTS NEEDED

We are currently hiring an experienced Flooring Installer / Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in residential and commercial environments.

Job Duties Include:

Installation of flooring including laminate, vinyl, hardwood, and tile
Installation of baseboards, crown molding, trim, doors, and casing
Installation of cabinets/countertops
Kitchen/bathroom remodel
Finish carpentry and punch work
Accurate measurements and material handling
Maintaining clean and professional job sites
Communicating effectively with project managers and clients

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of flooring and finish carpentry experience

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation required
Must have own tools preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills in order to update clients throughout projects
