Now Hiring: Experienced Refrigeration / HVAC Technician + Support Tech
About Us
We’re a 25+ year Houston refrigeration company with a solid base of established commercial clients. Work is steady year-round (not just summer peaks), and we’re looking to add the right people to keep service levels high.
Positions Open

• Senior Refrigeration / HVAC Technician (primary need)
Ideal candidate has roughly 10 years of hands-on experience, including rack systems. Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and independent field work are expected.
• Field / Customer Service Support Tech
Someone who can provide technical backup to field techs, handle diagnostics, and support customers. Experience level flexible if you have solid technical skills and communication.
• Helper / Entry-Level Tech
Trade school certificate in Refrigeration/HVAC required. Open to motivated people who are certified and ready to learn under an experienced tech.

Compensation
$25–$60/hr depending on experience and role, or billable invoice time. Full-time.
What We Provide / What We Expect

• Year-round work servicing Houston clients (Heights and surrounding areas)
• Mileage/expense reimbursement (no company vehicle provided)
• You supply your own hand tools and meters (we do not provide them)

Requirements

• Rack experience strongly preferred for the senior tech role
• Certified HVAC/Refrigeration training for helpers and newer techs
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
