Rehab Crew Needed For Apartment Complexes

Rehab technicians needed for apartment complexes in the Cleveland and Akron areas. Responsibilities include but not limited too: Minor electrical (replacing outlets, GFCI's, smoke and CO2 detectors, light fixtures), plumbing (installing new toilets and bathtubs, tub surrounds, supply lines, fixtures and pipes.) Installing interior and exterior doors, door frames, hardware and handrails. Installing drywall and drywall repairs. Carpentry including installing cabinetry, countertops and vanities. Installing VCT tile and cove base. Painting. Must have at least 3 years experiences with references. Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Please call Nick @ 330-488-4641.
