Reliable Handyman Needed for Airbnb Properties

We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman to help maintain and service multiple Airbnb/short-term rental properties across New Orleans. Will be paid by the job for each call.

This is ongoing, steady work for the right person. Ideal for someone responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of small-to-medium maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Basic plumbing (clogs, leaks, fixture swaps)
Light electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
Drywall patching & paint touch-ups
Furniture assembly & minor carpentry
Appliance troubleshooting (dishwashers, HVAC basics, etc.)
Door/lock repairs and adjustments
Mounting TVs, art, décor
General property upkeep between guest stays

Requirements:

Prior handyman / maintenance experience
Own tools + reliable transportation
Ability to respond quickly (same-day)
Strong communication (we manage properties remotely at times)
Professional and respectful (you may occasionally be on-site with guests or cleaners)

Bonus if you have:

HVAC or plumbing experience
Experience with Airbnb / rental turnovers
Ability to take on small projects (tile, flooring, etc.)
