Christian homeowner seeking an experienced, honest, and dependable handyman for several projects at a Dunedin property. Applicants who share Christian values are especially welcome.

Projects include:

• Repairing and testing the existing sprinkler system using provided parts
• Re-leveling the ground
• Turning over flower beds and adding fresh soil
• Planting, installing weed barrier, and spreading mulch
• General landscaping and yard cleanup
• Assembling shelves and a fire pit
• Power washing
• Minor painting and general property maintenance

The ideal applicant is reliable, experienced, hard worker able to work independently. Own tools and transportation. References are appreciated.

Pay: $20 per hour
