Are you an experienced Commercial Plumbing Service Supervisor, Field Superintendent or Senior Service Plumber ready for your next career move?

Building Team Solutions is recruiting for an established and growing commercial plumbing contractor in the Austin/Central Texas market. This is a leadership position overseeing commercial plumbing service technicians in the field.

This is a commercial service position—not new construction.

Qualified candidates currently living outside Texas are encouraged to apply. A sign-on bonus or relocation package may be available for the right person.

What You Will Do
Lead and support commercial plumbing service technicians in the field
Coordinate daily service assignments, manpower and scheduling
Assist technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting and complex repairs
Maintain communication between customers, technicians and management
Monitor job quality, productivity, safety and customer satisfaction
Coach, train and develop service technicians
Assist with material, equipment and jobsite requirements
Help ensure service work is completed accurately, safely and profitably
Respond to urgent service situations and help resolve field challenges
Ideal Background
Commercial plumbing service experience is required
Previous experience as a field supervisor, service supervisor, superintendent, foreman or lead commercial service plumber
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, repairs and troubleshooting
Experience directing and developing service technicians
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, technicians and management
Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
Journeyman-level plumbing experience or higher strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
Willing and able to relocate to the Austin/Central Texas area

Experience limited primarily to residential service or new-construction plumbing may not align with this position.
