Remodel Carpenter – Kitchen/Bath – Mesquite – $20–$25/hr W-2, 5+ yrs

Established renovation company based in Mesquite, TX is hiring a full-time REMODEL CARPENTER — W-2 hourly employee, not a subcontractor. We do kitchens, bathrooms and whole-house renovations for homeowners across east Dallas County. Steady, year-round work.

THE JOB

You'll run the carpentry side of our remodels start to finish: demo, framing and blocking, drywall, door and window installs, cabinet installs, trim and finish carpentry, tile prep and some tile, punch-out. Most days you work solo or with one helper. You report directly to the owner. No sales, no bidding — just build.

REQUIREMENTS — ALL MUST BE MET

• 5+ years hands-on residential remodel carpentry (kitchen and bath experience required)
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred) — required
• Your own hand tools and basic power tools
• Can read a plan, take accurate measurements, and finish work clean enough for a homeowner to inspect
• Dependable: on site on time, every day, Mon–Fri
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a W-2 employee

PLUSES: tile setting, cabinet building, light plumbing/electrical rough-in, Spanish/English bilingual

PAY

• $20–$25/hour depending on what you can prove on site — top of range for carpenters who can run a kitchen or bath solo
• Paid weekly; overtime paid at 1.5x
• Pay review at 90 days
• Mon–Fri, ~40–45 hrs/week, no weekends
