Remodel Carpenter Wanted — Framing to Finish — $30-$40/hr. - Eastside

Pelletier Construction is a design-build remodeling company serving homeowners on the Eastside. We do complete home remodels, ADUs, kitchens, bathrooms, and custom decks. The owner started as a carpenter and still runs every project — this is a company that respects the trade.

We're looking for a real carpenter with remodel experience. Someone who understands how a full remodel comes together, start to finish, and can handle small-scale new construction too. This is a framing-to-finish role.

THE WORK:

• Demo — clean, safe tear-out in occupied homes
• Framing — interior walls and decks
• Drywall — hang, tape, finish
• Tile — floors, showers, backsplashes
• Flooring installation
• Interior painting
• Trim, doors, cabinets, finish carpentry
• Enough understanding of electrical and plumbing to work around them and coordinate with subs
• Material/product tracking in our company software (we'll train you)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven remodel experience. Well-rounded skills across the trades listed above. Good attitude and pride in your work — on a remodel, your craftsmanship is what the homeowner lives with every day. Reliable, professional, comfortable working in people's homes. Valid driver's license.

PAY & PERKS:

• $30-$40/hour depending on experience
• Full-time, steady work on quality Eastside projects
• Company vehicle and gas card for the right person after a probationary period
