Looking for person with all around remodel and rental property
Turnover skills. Skills to include carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring and cleaning.
Must have driver's license, Transportation, tools, including hand tools, battery tools and power tools.
Job is full time 5 days a week with optional Saturdays.
Job entails making homes rent ready for tenants, including bath and kitchen remodels, painting, sub floor replacement, vinyl flooring, electrical and plumbing repairs and cleaning, Also doing work orders for excising tenants. Must be able to work as part of a team.
