Description
We are a local award-winning residential remodeling and custom home builder who has been in business for over 30 years, looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join our company located in Olympia. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail oriented individual to oversee residential remodeling projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing field operations, supervising production staff, and ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, material deliveries, and internal resources.
- Supervise and support the Production Assistant and field crews.
- Manage multiple active projects through regular site visits and ongoing communication with homeowners.
- Monitor labor hours, project budgets, allowances, and progress billings.
- Conduct production and safety meetings and maintain productivity tracking.
-Work closely with project developers, lead carpenters, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Assist with training initiatives, special events, and continuous process improvements as needed.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in residential construction or remodeling project management.
Hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Occasional short weekend shift for special events (Home/Garden Show & Tour of Homes).
