Skilled Remodel Tech Needed – READ FULL AD

Licensed general contractor seeking skilled, experienced remodel technician for ongoing work.
DO NOT APPLY if you only know one trade. We need someone well-rounded in remodeling work who can work independently, stay productive without supervision and MOST IMPORTANTLY, know what you're doing and stay on pace.

Work Areas - Must be OK traveling to these areas, hotel will be paid for when out of town
Hayward Area
Tracy Area
Sacramento Area

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Kitchen & bath cabinets / countertop install
Light plumbing (sinks, faucets, disposals, supply lines, toilets, shower units & valves)
Door installation
Carpentry skills

YOU MUST:

Have real remodel experience
Have your own tools
Be organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Be able to start this week

PAY INFO: NO cash, ever. Payroll is weekly and paid via direct deposit
