Remodeler, Hard Worker - Framing, drywall, concrete, finish trim, etc.

We are looking for a skilled carpenter or two to join us. This person should be an adult (show up on time, leave drama at home, etc.) who has worked in the construction industry for some time. You should be confident and knowledgeable in framing, drywall, concrete work, tile, painting, finish level trim, basic handy man skills (putting in lights and door handles, installing a window or door). If you are new to construction then you aren't right fit, we need people that know what they are doing and why they are doing it.

We are a smaller, mom and pop, construction company based out of Portland Oregon. The company has about 10 staff total and we do a few million in work every year between commercial and residential construction. We have the work coming in, we just need the people to produce it at a high level...is that you?

We always start guys on a 3-6 month 1099 trial period where you are paid your full wage, and if things are a good fit we then offer W2 which comes with a van or gas reimbursement, health care (that we pay half of the coverage), 401k (that we match the first 3%), cell phone reimbursement and other benefits. This position will pay between $35-$40 an hour otherwise start.
