Location: Collegeville, PA and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

Perform residential remodeling and renovation work
Assist with kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home remodels
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, trim work, flooring, and general repairs
Install cabinets, doors, hardware, fixtures, and finishes
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Work closely with team members and homeowners
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Ensure projects are completed professionally and on schedule
Be at work everyday

Qualifications

Experience in residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or a related trade preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Basic knowledge of framing, drywall, trim, painting, flooring, and general construction techniques
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically active environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
