🏠 Remodeler Project Manager Full Time Weekdays – (Sugar Gorve, IL)

Home For Life Advantage is a family-owned company based in Sugar Grove, IL, is looking for an organized and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team!

We specialize in home modifications that help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently, including grab bars, walk-in showers, stairlifts, ramps, home lifts, and complete bathroom remodels.

We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys planning and coordinating projects, and excels at communicating with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Training and certifications are provided.

Position: Project Manager
📍 Location: Monona, WI + South Central Wisconsin (Dane County)
🕐 Full-Time | Weekday Daytime Hours | Local Travel Required

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple home modification and remodeling projects simultaneously
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and logistics from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout each project
• Communicate with installers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues
• Schedule assessments, installations, and follow-up appointments as needed
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates with the office team
• Deliver excellent customer service while creating a positive experience for every client

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, construction management, remodeling, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with computers, email, and scheduling software is preferred
