Remodeling Carpenter

Riviera Construction in San Clemente is in search of an experienced remodeling carpenter. Framing and/or finish carpentry experience is required. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone with leadership qualities, professional in appearance and actions, and as dedicated to quality and hard work as we are.
We are an established remodeling company that takes on residential remodels in San Clemente. Full home remodels, deck additions, new additions, etc. Our crews perform rough and finish carpentry as well as a variety of other trades.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in residential construction, basic hand tools, and has the desire to thrive and grow in our company.
Along with hourly compensation you will receive PTO days and tool allowance after a probationary period. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to grow and earn more in the construction trades. We are willing to assist with training if you are the right fit for our company. Minimum Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be able to commute to San Clemente easily

Ideal Candidates

• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience installing cabinets and finish carpentry
• Experience in framing new additions and remodels
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to professionally interact with clients
