🔧 The Role: What You'll Do

• Perform residential and commercial remodeling and reconstruction projects
• Install doors, baseboards, casing, trim, cabinets, and finish carpentry
• Hang, tape, mud, sand, and texture drywall
• Complete painting using brush, roller, and spray techniques
• Deliver professional-quality finishes with strong attention to detail
• Perform framing, demolition, and general carpentry repairs
• Read work orders and complete projects according to company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and project managers

🧰 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of remodeling, finish carpentry, restoration, or residential construction experience preferred
• Strong skills in finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and general remodeling
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Own truck and basic carpentry tools required
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
