REMODELING CARPENTER

EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL CARPENTER – $23–$29/HR

Human Brothers Co. is looking for an experienced residential remodeling carpenter.

PAY: $23–$29/HOUR

Based on experience and demonstrated ability.

Most of our projects are located throughout the St. Louis Central Corridor and West County.

Our work includes:

• Residential remodeling
• Home additions
• Kitchens and bathrooms
• Framing
• Interior trim and finish carpentry
• Doors and windows
• Exterior carpentry
• General residential construction

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL LABORER POSITION.

Applicants should have actual residential construction/carpentry experience and be capable of completing carpentry tasks with limited supervision.

You should:

• Be dependable
• Take pride in your workmanship
• Understand residential construction
• Be able to problem-solve in the field
• Have reliable transportation
• Have appropriate personal tools
• Be comfortable working in occupied homes
• Communicate professionally with customers and other trades

ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY

We're interested in finding someone who wants to become more valuable and take on greater responsibility.

Carpenter: $23–$29/hr

Senior Craftsman: $30–$33/hr
Lead Craftsman: $34–$38/hr

Advancement is based on demonstrated ability, reliability and responsibility.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
