Remodeling Carpenter Sub or Employee

We are a trusted and quality-driven residential remodeler looking for an experienced remodeling carpenter to come on full or part time and/or as Sub-contractor. Also can use a beginning remodeler who already can perform professionally as a painter/drywaller.

We mainly do high quality kitchen and bath remodeling, but also do porches, decks, whole house remodels, windows and doors, and punchlist/handyman when the schedule allows. We have great clients who appreciate our quality work.

Remodeling Carpenter:

-should be able to perform all carpentry-related phases of bathroom, kitchen, basement, and general remodeling work sometimes working alone and sometimes with others.

-Know and understand how vintage homes are constructed

-should be a skilled craftsperson who does high quality work

-should have tools and transportation.

-know how to do demo, perform framing and leveling, installation of temp walls and structural headers, subfloor and sheathing installation, window and door installation, standing and running trim work and scribing including crown molding, light drywall and cement board installation, high quality cabinet installation, deck building and handrail installation,
Kerdi systems installation and tiling skills including layout, prep, and installation would be a plus.

We will train on some of the above mentioned items for the right person.
