Remodeling Company Hiring: Carpenter & Carpenter Helper

Growing residential remodeling firm looking for n experienced Carpenter and a Carpenter Helper. We handle custom frame-to-finish projects across the local area.

Position 1: Mid-Level Carpenter

Responsibilities:

Execute residential framing, door/window installs, backing, and finish trim work.

Work efficiently with our lead to keep jobs moving on schedule and up to quality standards.

Maintain clean, safe jobsites.

Requirements:

3+ years of residential frame-to-finish experience.

Must have your own reliable transportation to travel directly to various job sites daily.

Personal hand tools and standard cordless battery setup.

Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and punctuality.

Position 2: Carpenter Helper / Apprentice

Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters with framing, material staging, jobsite prep, and finish installs.

Maintain an organized, clean jobsite and manage tool setups.

Learn advanced framing and finish trim techniques on the job.

Requirements:

Must have your own reliable transportation to get to job sites daily.

Basic knowledge of hand/power tools (own tool belt preferred).

Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn the trade.
