Remodeling Mechanic

Looking for experienced residential remodeling mechanic. Im a small contractor primarily working in south jersey Camden,Gloucester,Burlington counties. Should have at least a tool belt and hand tools. May consider someone without transportation if local to Runnemede. Obviously if you have a truck you are worth more to me.
