Remodeling Pro to $38-$45 per hour working in New Haven area

Construction management company has opening for remodeling professional who has all the tools a remodeling pro should have plus a reliable professional looking work truck.
Must demonstrate ability Master Carpentry skills and be able to work quickly as a master pro would. Skills required include:
Remodeling Carpentry. Master level framing and trim carpenter
Master level Painting and staining
Drywall installation and taping
Exterior maintenance repair.

We are NOT looking for someone with "work around the house experience" who professes to be a "quick learner". Go elsewhere with those want-to-be-skills. To qualify you must have actual master level skills in the trades noted above and in other areas of remodeling. You also need every possible tool a true master remodeler would have.
