Restoration 1 New Jersey is looking for experienced, established subcontractors and crews for consistent residential reconstruction and renovation work throughout New Jersey.

We are looking to build long-term relationships with professional subcontractors who take pride in their work, communicate well with customers, and want a steady flow of projects week after week.

-Kitchens and bathrooms
-Drywall, taping, and painting
-Flooring and trim
-Framing and carpentry

-Insurance restoration/reconstruction projects
-General remodeling and repair work

What We're Looking For
-Established subcontractor or crew
-Fully insured – General Liability and Workers' Compensation required
-Properly registered/licensed where required
-Experience managing full renovation and reconstruction projects
-Reliable transportation, tools, and crew
-Strong workmanship and attention to detail
-Professional appearance and customer service
-Ability to communicate and provide project updates
-Reliable scheduling and ability to complete projects on time
-Willingness to stand behind your work
