Roofing Qualifying Individual
Location: Reno, NV
Pay: $3,000–$6,000/month, depending on experience
Employment: W-2
We are a growing roofing company expanding operations in the Reno area and are looking for an experienced roofing professional to join our team as our Nevada Qualifying Individual.
This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive roofing experience who wants a stable position with a growing company and the opportunity to play an important role in our Nevada operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the company’s Qualifying Individual for our Nevada contractor license
- Provide technical oversight for residential roofing projects
- Help ensure roofing work meets Nevada requirements and industry standards
- Work directly with company management, project managers, and roofing crews
- Assist with roofing-related questions and project issues when needed
- Help maintain compliance with Nevada State Contractors Board requirements
- 4+ years of verifiable roofing/construction experience
- Strong knowledge of residential roofing installation and repair
- Experience supervising or overseeing roofing work preferred
- Dependable and professional
- Good communication skills
- Able to meet Nevada requirements to serve as a Qualifying Individual
$3,000–$6,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and level of involvement.
