The Role

We are seeking experienced Renovation Plumbers and Electricians for residential remodeling projects throughout Walnut Creek and neighboring communities.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Perform trade-specific renovation, rough-in, and finish work for residential remodels.

Collaborate effectively with team members and trade partners on active jobsites.

Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environments.

Arrive consistently on time and ready to work.

Requirements

Prior residential remodeling experience in plumbing or electrical work.

Valid California Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet standard jobsite physical demands.

Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and reliable communication.

Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening and a background check (Toupin Construction is a committed Drug-Free Workplace).
