Renovation Project Manager ($60K-$90K salary + bonus)

We are a fast-growing design & project management company serving real estate investors throughout Las Vegas. We are looking for a renovation Project Manager to help offload day-to-day project oversight and client communication responsibilities from leadership while helping projects move efficiently from start to finish.

This role is flexible and can be shaped around the right candidate’s strengths and long-term goals. There is strong growth potential into leadership roles across operations, sales, estimating, marketing, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Manage 4–5 full renovation projects at a time (one crew per project)
Act as the bridge between office and field operations and clients
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
Provide regular updates and reports to the GM of Construction
Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong relationships
Identify and solve issues proactively on job sites

What We’re Looking For:

Must be Bilingual English/Spanish (FIRM)

Strong communication and client management skills. Great soft skills and ability to communicate professionally/politically
Previous fix-and-flip experience and/or foreman/superintendent experience preferred
Familiarity with the general order of operations in fix & flip projects
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Highly organized and comfortable multitasking across multiple projects and responsibilities
Comfortable coordinating between clients, office staff, field teams, and subcontractors
Comfortable managing people and stepping into a leadership role when needed
Able to solve problems independently while escalating major issues appropriately
