Renovation Project Manager / Coordinator - $5k / month

Looking for a project manager who has experience with renovations (drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, etc.) for a hotel that is currently being renovated in the rooms and the common facilities.

The role of this project manager / coordinator is generally as follows:

1.) Track all the various trades, their timeline, completion of each room for each task
2.) Inspection of work and progress of each trade and room
3.) Coordinating receiving of shipments, furniture, storage of materials, and inventory
4.) Manage and control payment of vendors and tradesmen based on completion of projects. Coordinate with ownership
5.) Available to help with any and all miscellaneous tasks to be coordinated during renovation (lots of moving parts)

The Project Manager / Coordinator does not need to do any renovation or construction themselves.

The role is an in-person on the site role, you are expected to be at the hotel working and managing the team

Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

This role is $5k/month contractor basis.

The project is going to last 2-3 months.
