Renovation Punch List Help by 6.19.26 - Property 45230

Need help completing a property by 6/19/26 if you only specialize in partial of the work let me know.

The task list is below:

Exterior:
1. Closing Concrete gap in Concrete front porch
2. Filling 2 concrete cracks at front porch
3. Patching concrete back steps
4. Adding Aluminum siding under upstairs back door steps (red circle in picture)
5. Replace 2 outdoor hose bibs - exterior

Interior
1. Cutting 9 4” tiles in upstairs full bathroom and changing out shower valve/shower set including tub spout & shower head
2. Replacing Copper waterlines for upstairs and downstairs kitchen sinks or cleaning copper lines
3. check all plumbing bathroom faucets Hot and Cold are working & installed correctly - 4 BA
4. Toilet shut off valve replacements - 4 toilets
5. Install 2 Dishwasher
6. Install 2 Gas stoves & install 1 vent fan
7. Install 2 6’ floating shelves in kitchen
8. Reattach bathroom vanity with 100% silicon
9. Install new Water Heater
10. Installing 2 interior doors, one door has double lock
11. Installing 3 new entry way door knobs and dead bolts (2 front doors and back door)
12. Install Attic ladder and new spring
