We’re a fast-growing interior renovation company specializing in single family homes and apartment interiors—and we’re looking for skilled, techs or teams who take pride in quality craftsmanship and efficient work. Key Skills & Responsibilities:

GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE WORK BEGINS

Interior demolition & debris removal

Drywall installation, repair, and finishing
Millwork: install doors, trim, baseboards, and windows
Interior painting (walls, ceilings, and detail work)
Cabinet painting/refinishing
Basic plumbing: install toilets, sinks, faucets, disposals
Basic electrical: install lighting, fans, switches, outlets, and GFCIs
Assembly: appliances, cabinet doors, shelving, mirrors, blinds etc.
Tile installation: backsplash, shower surrounds, bathroom floors

This is a 1099 position, sub contractor position

Requirements:

3+ years in renovation, remodeling, or interior turns
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently once a scope of work has been shown
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
