About the Role

We gut houses to the studs and renovate them in rochester ny.
Growing real estate company looking for an entry-level carpenter / renovation technician to assist with residential property renovations and apartment turnover projects throughout Rochester. Great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the trades and gain hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and real estate renovations.

This is a hands-on position working directly on occupied and vacant rental properties.
Responsibilities

carpentry work
Assist with apartment renovations and turnovers
Install trim, doors, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures
Interior painting and patch work
Demolition and cleanup
plumbing and electrical work
Job site organization and material pickup
General maintenance and repair tasks
Respond to occasional maintenance emergencies/on-call requests
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of renovation or construction experience
Minimum 1 year of basic electrical experience/knowledge
Minimum 1 year of basic plumbing experience/knowledge
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Valid Driver’s License MUST HAVE

Reliable Transportation MUST HAVE

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on job sites

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and with a team
