Description
We have rentals, renovations, new construction in Uptown New Orleans and Metairie.
The property is upscale and we need high-quality work.
If you are used to call backs and complaints, this is not a good fit.
Carpentry, trim carpentry, painting, flooring, tile, kitchen renovations, bath renovations, etc.
Pay is $720-$1000 a week paid by check at the end of the week.
The pay range depends on your skill set. If you can hang doors and trim out casings, hang shutters, finish out stairs, tile baths and kitchens, and have your own tools, you are at the high end. If you do not have these skills you still will be paid well, but according to what you can do.
We need everything other than roofing. From helpers on up.
If you are a lead with a helper or two, that is fine, but please NO GC's trying to sub out workers.
We are looking for full time, but can accommodate some part-time or weekend workers doing side job.
No drugs, no drunks, no fake references, no felons, no pay by the day, no reply to ‘interested’.
We need people that work at a good pace, do the job properly, and are dependable.
