Repair Technician / Delivery Driver/ Customer Service

Mozena Medical Supplies & Equipment is a family-owned business that has proudly served the Long Beach community for nearly 20 years.

We're looking for a dependable team member with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the desire to build a long-term career. No medical equipment experience is required. We'll train the right person.

This is a part-time position with an excellent opportunity to grow into a full-time career.

Your responsibilities will include repairing and maintaining wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, lift chairs, oxygen equipment, and other medical equipment; making deliveries and equipment pickups; assisting customers in our retail showroom and over the phone; organizing inventory, the warehouse, and the repair area; shipping and receiving; and helping with a variety of business projects. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills while making a real difference in our customers' lives.

We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, organized, customer-focused, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to safely lift and move medical equipment.

Experience with Adobe Acrobat, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot, Dropbox, Google Docs, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Photoshop, Point of Sale (POS) systems, QuickBooks, and WeTransfer is helpful, but not required. We'll train the right person.

The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus.

You'll work alongside the owners and staff in a family-owned business, giving you the opportunity to learn every aspect of our company, as well as our custom college textbook and real estate businesses.
