Renova Preservation is building its vendor bench in Puyallup and the surrounding South Sound area. We handle year-round maintenance and turnover work orders on single-family rentals and need dependable handymen who want repeat work, not one-time jobs.
The work: drywall patches & paint, general repairs, lock changes, fixture and appliance swaps, flooring repairs, trash-outs, yard cleanups.
Getting paid: invoices are paid Net-3 after completed, documented work — ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. We can support material costs for proven vendors.
What we promise: steady weekly assignments to vendors who show up and finish on time — our best vendors get first call on bigger jobs. What we ask: solid workmanship, quick response, and photos on every job.
You'll need: general liability insurance, your own truck and tools, and a smartphone.
