Experienced Remodeling Project Manager – San Diego

looking for an experienced, dependable project manager to oversee residential remodeling projects throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from start to completion, including kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, and whole-home remodels.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, crews, deliveries, and inspections.
• Visit job sites regularly to check progress, workmanship, cleanliness, and safety.
• Communicate with homeowners and keep them updated on a daily-basis.
• Read project scopes and plans, track schedules, and anticipate material needs.
• Address job-site problems quickly and professionally.
• Document progress with photos and daily updates.
• Identify changes to the scope and coordinate approval before additional work begins.
• Manage punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project completion.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hold crews accountable and manage deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job-site visits.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, photos, and project updates.
• English required; Spanish is a plus.
