Description
We are a growing residential construction company specializing in foundations, additions, retaining walls, structural concrete, renovations, and custom residential projects throughout Oahu.
We are seeking a dependable Crew Leader who can take ownership of projects, lead by example, and help keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
This is not an entry-level position.
We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, solve problems in the field, and help manage a small crew while maintaining quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily jobsite activities
- Read and interpret plans and details
- Layout and verify work before construction
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Communicate effectively with management, inspectors, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Identify potential issues before they become problems
- Train and mentor helpers and apprentices
- Residential construction
- Foundations and concrete work
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Renovations and additions
- Retaining walls and site work
- Reading construction plans and specifications
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and perform physical construction work
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We can teach methods and procedures. We cannot teach integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
