Position Overview:

SpaceStars Deck Builders is seeking energetic and technically skilled Carpenters to join our Field Operations team in Southeast Michigan. As a premier deck building company, we are looking for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and are "Outcome Obsessed," ensuring every project meets our absolute highest quality standards for workmanship and attention to detail.
This role is designed for those looking to build an amazing career within a high-integrity team environment that values continuous improvement and personal development. You will work under the guidance of our Field Operations leadership to execute deck construction projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

-5+ years of direct carpentry experience with 3+ years of deck building experience for Tier 2
-10+ years of direct carpentry experience with 3+ years of deck building experience for Tier 3
-Valid driver's license
-Ability to pass a background check
-Ability to pass a drug screen
-Ability to pass a driver’s record screening
