Residential Carpenter (Wolfeboro, NH)

Job Description: A Carpenter will need to be adept at the following:

Work includes but is not limited to the following:

• Painting
• Fire and water damage - restoration work
• Misc. Carpentry work
• General site clean up
• Completing interior and exterior trim work
• Make cut list, cope joints as required, and handle required material
• Anticipate the following day's work & set up for it. Rough idea of materials & equipment needs.
• Execute production plan.

Requirements are as follows:

• Safe work - Comply with all safety policies
• Basic hand tools drills, nailers, tool belt etc…
• Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Gloves (Provided) Work boots, Jeans, Long Sleeves
• Reliable transportation, good communication, and ability to work in accordance to practices as described in ROI field hand book.

Pay is $30-$35 based on experience and references.
