What a Typical Week Looks Like: You will be the face of our business, split between high-end residential repairs and light commercial maintenance. Tasks include:

Handyman repairs, carpentry, drywall patching, and professional painting.
Door/window troubleshooting and installations.
Tile repairs and small remodeling/improvement projects.
Light commercial facility maintenance, office punch-lists, and retail fixture repairs.
Minor, non-licensed plumbing and electrical troubleshooting (like swapping a light fixture or a faucet).
Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for seasoned "get-it-done" professionals who take pride in their work and can talk to customers with ease.

Experience: Minimum of 2–5+ years in residential remodeling, carpentry, or general handyman work. Strong preference given to candidates who also have commercial maintenance or facility repair experience.
The Essentials: You must own a reliable set of basic hand and power tools.
Professional Presence: Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required. You’ll be working directly with homeowners and business managers.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory. Must be able to pass a background check, driving screening, and drug test.
Physical & Tech Capacity: Ability to lift 50 lbs, work safely on ladders, and comfortably navigate a smartphone or iPad app.
