Looking to add another member to our team. Need a seasoned residential guy… NOT willing to train!
Job duties will be to finish, grade (final grade… not move rocks around to look busy), set forms, rake concrete during pours, participate in the occasional dual straight edging and help keep a clean site.
We’re mainly residential with a solid crew of 5-6. All equiptment is new or newer. Owner works daily on crew. Very well oiled operation 40-50 hours a week and Saturdays are rare.
It would be preferred that you’re able to pick up a truck either here and there or daily depending on your preference. Not a deal breaker if you’re not willing, though. (CDL or non-CDL). Clean drivers record will be needed. All automatic vehicles with AC.
Most work is located in St Heights, Macomb, Shelby, Clinton Twp and Rochester Hills. Shop is in St Heights.
We work early April- end of November. We offer 5 paid days off a season, new work boots every year, 3% match on wages at end of year and a Christmas bonus on top. (After 90 days)
Pay rate decided after 2 weeks of being on crew. $26.50-$35.00. W2 pay only.
