Residential Concrete Crew Member (Experienced)

We're looking for a well-rounded and experienced candidate that is seeking a company that is established an organized. Tasks that will be expected are laboring, raking, finishing, form setting, grading, helping keep a clean atmosphere and eventually picking up a company truck. The 2 things were in most need of right now are someone well-rounded in the grading process and someone who is familiar with pulling a trailer (non CDL).

Mostly residential with some light commercial. We do not offer stamped, colored or exposed. We do not do nasty backyard hand tear outs, rarely pour after 3pm, have every tool/truck/piece of equipment available and never pour multiple trucks at once. Atmosphere is better than most i like to think.

$26-35 an hour depending on experience. 40-50 hours a week and picking up trucks at the yard will be offered and preferred. CDL and/or chauffeur license a huge plus.

We offer 3 paid holidays a season, 2 personal days and a generous work boot budget. Overtime on weekends or after 40. W2... no cash or 1099 offered. End of year bonus on top of everything. We work Monday-Friday with some optional Saturdays in the mix. 6 man crew.

Most of the work is in and around Sterling Heights where our yard is. We have a 10-15 mile radius for our service area.
