RESIDENTIAL CONCRETE CREWS NEEDED – STEADY WORK

Growing residential concrete company serving New Castle County, Delaware is looking to establish relationships with experienced, reliable concrete crews for ongoing residential work.

Projects primarily include driveways, patios, walkways, and other residential flatwork. Typically involving demo, prep, forms, pour and finish. Most projects range from approximately 300–1,200 square feet. Experience with stamped/decorative concrete and other specialty finishes is a plus.

We are looking for independent crews capable of handling projects from start to finish. Crews should have their own tools and equipment for concrete removal, site preparation, forming and finishing.

Reliability and communication are extremely important. We provide customers with scheduled project dates, so crews must communicate well. We understand that weather, concrete availability, equipment problems and jobsite conditions can change a schedule — good communication is what matters.

We are looking for crews that:

• Have residential concrete experience
• Produce quality finished work
• Have dependable transportation and necessary tools/equipment
• Communicate regularly regarding scheduling and job progress
• Respect customers and residential properties
• Keep jobsites reasonably clean and organized
• Are interested in developing a long-term working relationship with consistent work
• Have or can quickly obtain liability insurance and proper licensing

Compensation varies by project scope and complexity and is agreed upon before work begins.
