Residential Construction Crew Members Needed

Growing licensed contracting company needs FULL-TIME help. We’re looking for positive, patient, mature, and hardworking people that would fit well with our crew (maga need not apply). We need experienced carpenters and also helpers/assistants. Eugene/Springfield area. Team members must possess a positive attitude, reliable transportation, a good driving record, good English-speaking communication skills, and will be expected to be sober (and not hung over) while on the job. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able/willing to routinely use their personal phone for texts and calls for work related communications. Reference checks will be required.

Skilled carpenters/construction workers:
The ideal candidate would be a jack-of-all-trades. We do remodels and renovations, bathrooms and kitchens, tile, flooring, doors and windows, drywall and trim work, decks, and more. Pay $28-$35/hour to start, based on experience. Paid vacation after 1 year.
Assistant/Helper:
Some experience with hand and power tools is necessary. Must be adept at reading a tape measure. Must have some basic tools such as tool belt, tape measure, drill and driver, hammer, etc. Pay $24+/hour, to start, based on experience. Paid vacation after 1 year.
Employees who prove themselves to be mature, reliable, hard-working, and respectable will grow into positions with increasing responsibility and pay. We are booked well into 2027 with more calls coming in every week.
