We're hiring one thing: the best.

We're looking for craftsmen who takes pride in their work, knows how to lead, and is tired of being paid the same as the guy who doesn't.

Here's the deal, straight up:

You start at $30/hour for your first three weeks. That's not the offer — that's the audition. At three weeks we sit down. Either your pay goes up, or we shake hands and go our separate ways. We're not looking for $30/hour talent. We're looking for the best, and we're willing to pay for it.

What we need you to be able to do:

Care: Take pride in your work. Don't settle for good enough. Give your best every time. You cut a piece of trim too short? That's ok, Just because you're the best doesn't mean you're not human. Cut another piece. Don't install the short piece and hope its good enough.
Keep your work area organized. Spend the last 20 minutes of the day cleaning and making sure you don't leave trash behind. Be respectful to the client and to your team. Negative personalities won't fit in here. We are too positive and excited about our day for negative energy to survive. Mediocracy doesn't like perfectionism and perfectionism doesn't like mediocracy so lets not try to mix them.

Communicate: We don't micro manage. We are here to support you not babysit you. Because of that we need you to be able to consistently fill out your daily logs, document with photos, upload your receipts, update the apps. "We use companycam and monday.com"

Competence: This is a decision maker role. We will provide you with support and context to make good decisions but we expect you to have the ability to make them. This is not an entry level position, you will not be receiving entry level pay. We will not settle for entry level workmanship. Truthfully most of our projects are not overly difficult and doesn't take the highest skill to perform. Performing the repairs will be one of the least difficult aspects about your role. Most of our projects are average homes. Rarely will you be doing high end or custom work. Yet we still expect quality work. So please have the ability.
