Residential Construction Estimator- Part Time Consultant

We are an established San Francisco Design and Construction Company seeking an experienced Residential Estimator to help us prepare preliminary and final cost estimates and project schedules. Projects are primarily located in San Francisco. We work on new custom houses; large and small residential remodels, and some small to medium size commercial work.

We would like to hire a consultant to work independently, at your location or ours, or hybrid. We prefer to do actual cost estimates with real costs for materials, subs and in-house labor. We do a lot of creative and custom detailing so we need a creative estimator who can help figure out one-off project tasks.
