Residential Construction Lead Carpenter

Requirements for this position:

• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising residential construction crews, coordinating trades, and overseeing daily site operations.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes including framing, sheathing, wall/floor/roof assemblies, demolition, drywall, finished carpentry, and overall project sequencing.
• Solid understanding of tools, equipment, materials, building codes, safety regulations (OSHA standards), and basic structural principles.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resolve on-site issues, ensure quality control, maintain a clean and safe jobsite, and communicate effectively with crew, subcontractors, clients, and management.
• Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on residential construction experience.
