Residential Construction Project Manager

This position is for Residential Construction Project Manager for high-end new builds and remodeling project with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PM in residential construction. The ideal Project Manager must be able to read construction plans and execute them for ground up homes and extensive remodels of homes & condos. Experienced with leading field production efficiently while interacting in a professional manner with our important clientele. You are a proactive team leader who takes ownership of this role, ensuring projects are run efficiently, within budget, and maintaining our standard of building the highest quality homes. You will provide project planning, resource- and time management, manage the budget and scope of work for multiple projects running simultaneously, and ensure projects are compliant with current building codes. You must plan material procurement and labor activities, foresee- and manage potential issues, and execute all of it to ensure timely project completion.
