Residential Construction- Quality Control Supervisor

Younger Brothers Construction is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) to support our residential framing operations.
This position plays a key role in ensuring homes are built accurately, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

The QCS works closely with field supervisors, framing crews, builders, estimating, and our design teams to identify and resolve issues before they impact production.

Key Responsibilities
      ●     Review plan revisions and coordinate changes with estimating, panel, and truss designers
      ●     Assist with lumber, hardware, and labor takeoff revisions
      ●     Identify and resolve plan, slab, plumbing, material, panel, and truss discrepancies
      ●     Coordinate directly with builder superintendents and internal teams
      ●     Perform framing Quality Assurance (QA) inspections
      ●     Conduct follow-up inspections and verify completion of corrective items
      ●     Perform drywall-stage inspections to identify framing-related issues
      ●     Assist field supervisors with overall quality, job readiness, and project completion

We are looking for someone with strong residential framing knowledge, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to identify problems and work with multiple teams to get them resolved.
