Construction Superintendent

We are a general contractor specializing in residential insurance repair work seeking a superintendent that can:

Manage multiple projects

Work with clients to set expectations obtain material selections, and schedule work.
Must be able to read blueprints, estimates, set and follow budgets and time frames.
Meet with subcontractors, negotiate pricing, and follow up as work progresses. Interview new subcontractors as the need arises.

Ability to read Xactimate estimates is helpful, bilingual is a must! Basic computer skills are necessary.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Restoration industry experience preferred, salary DOE.
